Stress Free Moments

We all have had one of "those" days.. You know the kind.. No matter what you do something is not right.. Well I believe that when you feel like your drowning in the pool of one of "those" days, you should take a break and distract your brain for at least 15 minutes..  Watching something funny or stupid on YouTube or dive into a puzzle like the one below..   When your 15 minutes are up, you will have cleared your head enough to start fresh with a less stressful state of mind.
